Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • Request deadline: All court dates are deadlines; the DSC request must be made by your scheduled court/appearance date.
  • Court must determine/approve citation eligibility for dismissal via a TEA-approved internet driver safety course before you proceed.
  • Driver record must be ordered as Record Type 3A and submitted along with the DSC request.
  • Court convenes only once monthly (3rd Wednesday at 9 a.m.), so request DSC well ahead of your court date.
