To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Current liability insurance card (copy if mailing)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Signed 'court copy' certificate of completion from a TDLR-approved driving safety course
- •Certified copy of your driving record (DPS Type 3A) from the Texas DPS
