How to Request DSC Approval

In-personVisit court window at 1500 Solana Blvd., Building 7, Suite 7201, Westlake, TX 76262, between 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Mon–Thu to complete request form with clerk assistance.
MailComplete the Driver's Safety Request Form and mail it with fees and required documents to the court. All requests and payments must be postmarked by the initial court date on the citation.

Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • •Request deadline: Request must be submitted (in-person, online, or postmarked by mail) no later than the initial court date listed on the citation.
  • •Completion window: 90 days from court approval/instructions.
