How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Valid Texas driver's license
- •Proof of insurance listing you as a driver
- •Plea of guilty or no contest
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •certificate of completion and certified Type 3A driving record
