  • •Drivers age 24 and younger may be required to complete a driving safety course as a condition of deferred disposition.
  • •You do not qualify for DSC if you have taken one within the past 12 months, if you exceeded the posted speed limit by 25 mph or more, or if you hold a valid CDL.
  • •Regular court dates are the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.
  • •Online payment constitutes a finding of guilty; do not pay online if seeking DSC dismissal — call the court first.
