  • Request deadline: On or before the appearance date on your citation (standard Texas rule; confirm with court).
  • Completion window: 90 days after the court grants the request (standard Texas rule; confirm with court)..
  • Court is a non-record court and convenes the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM at the Municipal Building.
  • Office hours are limited: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM only. Please allow 72 hours after issuance of a citation before contacting the court.
