How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Plea of no contest or guilty
- •Request for Driving Safety Course
- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license (no CDL)
- •Proof of current Texas insurance
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC completion certificate and Type 3A driving record after the course
