Standard Texas DSC fee is typically $144 for moving violations and $169 for school zone violations, but varies by court.

How to Request DSC Approval

Plea form (mail or in person)Submit the signed/dated Municipal Court Plea Form to request a Driving Safety Course; return it to the court on or before the appearance date on the citation. DSC requests are NOT eligible for online payment.
