  • Payment of the $144.00 fee (plus $25.00 if school zone)

After Completing the Course — Submit These

  • Copy of your 3-year driving record (Type 3A) from Texas DPS

Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • Request deadline: Must submit written notice (plea, affidavit, documents, and fee) on or before your appearance date; you lose the DSC right if you fail to provide written notice by then.
  • Completion window: 90 days from the appearance date to submit the State-approved DSC certificate of completion (a $200.00 fine applies if not completed in time)..
