How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Photocopy of current auto liability insurance policy
- •Photocopy of valid Texas driver's license
- •Court copy of DSC completion certificate from a TDLR-certified provider (must list Wallis Municipal Court)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Type 3A certified driving record from Texas DPS

- •Completion window: 90 days from the date the court issues its order.
